In 2024, Mercury conducted an extensive open-source intelligence study on Australia’s defence industry with a view of analysing the outputs relative to industry security standards and practices.

This report examines key areas including the geographical distribution of services, prevalent technologies, potential vulnerabilities, and the adoption of cloud-based solutions across the sector.
